Melrose Gold Mines Ltd is a subsidiary of ASX-listed Korab Resources Limited.

Melrose Gold Mines Ltd operates several projects at various stages of development and exploration located in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

In addition to the advanced Melrose project, the company explores for gold at Ashburton Downs, Capricorn and Darlot East, projects in Western Australia and at Batchelor and Green Alligator projects in the Northern Territory. The most advanced of the projects is Melrose, which is located in Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia approximately 45 km from Bronzewing and 70 km from Darlot and Centenary mines. Melrose project has a resource base of 340,000 ounces in measured, indicated and inferred categories.

In April 2011, Melrose Gold Mines Limited issued projects to seek admission to ASX. In March 2012, Melrose withdrew the offer and resolved not to seek admission to ASX due to ongoing difficult IPO market.
